Troutman, of Milledgeville, had shot himself, with suicidal intent; and later this intelligence became a sorrow, when it was learned that the unfortunate man had died. Mr. Troutman was the son-in-law of Mrs. E. J. Wiggins, and the brother-in-law of Mrs. J. E. Paullin and Mrs. W. C. Wimberly, of our city, who went yesterday to Fort Valley, Mr. Troutman's old home, to attend the burial. The fullest sympathies of our people are with the stricken ones."
