"At about 11 o'clock last Wednesday Mrs. Henrietta Wallerstein, wife of Mr. A. M. Wallerstein, died at her home here, after a brief illness. Mrs. Wallerstein had been in feeble health for some months past, but it was only last Saturday that symptioms developed that were considered dangerous, and in a few hours it was seen that she was past human help. However, skilled physicians from Macon and Columbus were summoned, but all to no avail. The remains were taken to Columbus Wednesday night, and Thursday morning at 10 o'clock were laid to rest there beside her parents, who had both passed away here within the past two years. Mrs. Wallerstein was forty-two years old, and a woman of almost unforalleled virtues, combining in the one mother, sister and wife. No one who has ever departed this life in our town will be more generally missed and mourned. She leaves, besides a most devoted husband, one daughter, one adopted daughter and neice, two sons and one sister, besides other relatives. The sympathies of our entire people are with the stricken ones."
