GARDNER, Edwina Mrs. Edwina Arnold Gardner, 95, died Tuesday, June 09, 2009. I 
Graveside services for Mrs. Gardner will be held Thursday, June 11,2009, in 
Fort Gaines, GA. Mrs. Gardner's family will receive friends Wednesday, June, 
10,2009 from 4:00 until 6:00 P.M. at H.M. Patterson and Son, Arlington Chapel, 
173 Allen Road, Sandy t Springs, Ga, 30328. Mrs. Gardner is preceded in death 
by her beloved husband of 52 years, Samuel Newton Gardner; grandson Stephen 
Colin Swingle. She is survived by her daughter, Lynn Swingle of Clinton, MS.; 
brother Zach Arnold Pinole, CA; grandchildren, Betsy and Rick Stark of Auburn, 
Al.; David and Christine Swingle of N.C.; great-	

grandchildren, Rachel, Kakki, Sam, and Caroline Stark; Isabel, Jack, and 
Alexander Swingle.
