Birdsong Late of this County having departed this life and his widow Mrs. Amanda Birdsong having been duly appointed administratix of his Est. and she having departed this life before finishing the administration of the said Est., and the Court of Ordinary of said county having at a regular time thereof appointed P. M. Birdsong administrator de-bines-non of the estate of the said R. B. Birdsong on condition of his giving administrators bond and security and taking the usual oath of office and said P. M. Birdsong having fully complied with the duties of the court, this is to show that the said P. M. Birdsong is fully informed(?) and required by law to do all and singular the duties of an administrator de-bines-non of the Est. of R. B. Birdsong to administer according to law the estate remaining unadministered by the former administratix, and in all respects is authorized to discharge the duties and exercise the powers given by law to an adm-de-binis-non of the Estate of R.
