McLeroy, of the county, lately died intestate. Paris M. Birdsong granted full power to administer the Lands and Tenements, Goods and credits of said deceased. Ordered to make a true and perfect inventory thereof and bring before the court to be recorded on or before 1st Min day January. Signed Nov. 2, 1868. John C. Birdsong having applied to me in due form of law for permanent letters of Administration on the Est. of his decd Sister Susan E. McLeroy and whereas a cititation having issued in due form of Case, for more than thirty days, and no objection having been made to said applicant. It is therefore ordered that permanent letters of Administration issue to said P. M. Birdsong on Est. of Susan E. McLeroy and that he give bond and security in the sum of Three Thousand Dollars and take the usual oath of office. This Nov. 2nd 1868. Jno. C. Wells, Ordinary I, P. M. Birdsong do solemnly swear that Susan E. McLeroy departed this life intestate so far as I know or believe and that I will well and truly administer upon the Est. Of said decd.
