She was born November 28, 1936, in Clinch County to the late Claudie Clarance and Winnie Irma (Lee) Ganas. She was retired as a receptionist for Dr. Stephen Shiver after many years of service. She was a member of Unity United Methodist Church in Lanier County. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Wallace Keeffe. Survivors include two daughters and sons-in-law, Glenda and Lee Ivey of Lakeland and Winnie and Tim Moore of Alapaha; two sons and daughters-in-law, Donnie and Mary Keeffe of Lakeland and David and Rhonda Keeffe of Nashville; 12 grandchildren, Jennifer (Scott) Lowery, Berry Ivey, John Michael (Kelly) Moore, Keeffe Moore, Bob (Brandi) Keeffe, Jim Keeffe, Bryce Keeffe and fiancée, Natalee Whittington, and Kylan Keeffe; five great-grandchildren, Laney Fulgham, Emlee Lowery, Blake Lowery, Katie Keeffe, Wren Moore; brother-in-law, Billy Creech of Ray City; nieces, Judy Hatcher and Margaret Strickland. Funeral services were held January 22 at 1 p.m. at Unity United Methodist Church in Lanier County. Burial followed at Arabia Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery in Clinch County. Music Funeral Services of Lakeland was in charge of arrangements.
