Georgia, Cobb County - Whereas, Jackson Delk applies for letters of 
administration on the Estate of Israel R. Porter, deceased.

These are therefore to cite and admonish all concerned to be and appear at our 
court of Ordinary, to be held in Marietta on the first Monday in April next, 
then and there to show cause if any they have, why said letters should not be 
granted the applicant. -- This March 6, 1856

Where as Jackson Delk applies for letters of administration de bonis non, on 
the estate of Watly T. Dickerson. deceased --

These are therefore to cite and admonish all concerned to be and appear at our 
court of Ordinary to be held in Marietta, on the 1st Monday in April next, to 
show cause if any they have why said letters should not be granted the 
applicant.
