C G DURHAM and W M WEBB have begun work on their new residences. Mr Carl DAY, age 19, son of Mr C N DAY, died Sunday, and was buried at County Line church Monday. Rev M A McCOY united in marriage at the depot, Sunday, Miss Minnie Belle THOMAS and Mr John PAYNE, both of Whittier Cotton Mills. The Acworth oil mill has just closed one of the most prosperous years in its history. The Acworth cotton factory continues to do a flourishing business, running full capacity all the time and with orders well ahead for its output.
