ACWORTH

Miss Tillie Woolvin of Athens is the guest of Miss Edna Barrett.

Mrs Hugh Orr of Temple attended the funeral of Mrs J W McMillan last week.

Mrs Sid Chewming spent Tuesday in Atlanta.

Miss Francis West of Marietta is visiting Mrs C W Burtz.

Mr G D Stewart spent several days last week with his family here.

Mrs D D Barrett is visiting in Atlanta.

Mrs J N Stanley spent last week at Lost Mountain with her father, Mr M M
Johnson, who has been quite ill.

Master Neal Williams of Marietta is visiting his grandmother, Mrs Smith.

Miss Emily Stewart and Miss Louis Tapp of Powder Springs are visiting Misses Lou
and Julia Bate.

Misses Lillie May and Edna Williams left Tuesday for a visit to Talledega, Ala.

Mrs A B Gilbert and Mrs H A Barnes of Marietta visited Col J J Northcutt and
family last week.

Mrs J W McMillan died Thursday at a sanitarium in Atlanta and her remains were
brought here Thursday am.  She leaves a husband and four children.

Miss Katie Lee Freeman of Talledega, Ala., has returned home after a visit to
Misses Lillie May and Edna Williams.
