Miss Mattie Smith has returned to Atlanta after a visit to Mr and Mrs J L Smith. Mrs Roy Collins spent several days in Atlanta last week. Mrs Nat Guyton of Atlanta is visting her mother, Mrs D J Tippin. Mrs Wallace Kennedy of Atlanta spent Tuesday here. Mrs G S Hull of Atlanta, formerly of this place, died Sunday, August 16th. She had been sick several weeks but was patient to the end. She was a consecrated Christian woman and "none knew her but to love her". She leaves her husband; two daughters, Mrs J W and Mrs R L Terrell of Rome; two sons, C R and H C Hull of Atlanta; a brother, Mr J N Johnson; and two sisters, Mrs J B Northcutt and Ticia Johnson of Acworth. Her remains were laid to rest Tuesday in Liberty Hill Cemetery. (**) Mrs Edd Griffith, Mrs Edwards, Mrs Pair, Mr and Mrs Levett, Mr and Mrs Tom Hull, Mrs Kendrick, Mr Reader and several others of Atlanta attended the funeral of Mrs G S Hull Tuesday. Additional Comments: Mrs G S Hull is the former Mary Ann Johnson, daughter of George Washington Johnson and Martha Cooper & married to George Samuel Hull. Her children were Robert Downs Hull, Martha Sybilla Hull (Mrs J W Terrell), Sarah Louise Hull (Mrs R L Terrell), William Cooper Hull, Edwin Sims Hull, George Thomas Hull, Charles Roscoe Hull, Bessie Eva Hull, Harbirt J Hull, and Harmon Clarence Hull.
