We are glad to know that J N KEMP's children are improving. Miss Lizzie HARGROVE, who spent last week with I A SEWELL's family, has returned home. We are glad to see Miss Leila SEWELL out again, having been sick for several weeks. Miss Maud FRANKLIN of Candler is spending a few days with Mrs Mary GAINES family. Robert SCROGGIN's family is visiting A S COKERS family. Last Friday the question of Resolved, That the grand jury of Cobb county should recommend the adoption of the dog law, was debated by some of Prof SEWELL's scholars at Union Academy. Decision was rendered in favor of the negative. Everybody come to the club next Saturday night.
