GEORGIA - Cobb County

To All Who It May Concern - R L BINGHAM, having in due form applied to the
undersigned for the guardianship of the person and property of Annie Lee,
Lizzie, and Frank BINGHAM, minor children of Joel BINGHAM, late of said county,
deceased.  Notice is hereby given that said application will be heard at my
office, on the first Monday in May, next.  Witness my official signature, this
6th day of April, 1906.
