Marietta Journal June 25, 1908
From the Marietta Journal dated Thursday, June 25 1908:

BLACKWELLS

Ray, the little infant son of Mr and Mrs A H McCLESKEY, is very sick, we are
sorry to learn.

Miss Berta DOBBS visited relatives in Woodstock last week.

Miss Nellie DOBBS spent part of last week in Marietta, attending the teachers'
institute.

Misses Eunice BISHOP and Etta COGBURN are spending some time with Mr R A
McCOLLUM and family.

Mr S R DAWSON and wife of Woodstock and Mrs W P DAWSON spent Sunday with Mr D L
McCLESKEY and family.

Died - On last Sunday, the little baby boy of Mr McCLURE.  He was only sick
about six hours.  We sympathize with the bereaved family.

Mr Virgil McCLESKEY of Marietta spent Sunday with homefolks. 

Miss Mary Lou BROOKS spent Saturday nigth and Sunday with Miss Lila McCLESKEY.
