His funeral was held at the Presbyterian Church, of which he was a member. Revs. R P Baird and A J Morgan officiated. Mr Luther Armstrong, who was so badly hurt in jumping from a train, we are glad to state is rapidly improving and will get well. - Idler MARIETTA CAMP GROUND Mr Albert Garrett nol prossed his case of marriage but thinks the affair can be ended in a sudden coupe de grace. Mr J D Osborn, of Atlanta, visited his brother B A last week at Delmar. Mrs Lucinda Fridell, who is 78 years of age, has bought her a horse and is making preparations to make a crop this year. - Delmar LOST MOUNTAIN John Meadows and family, of Brownsville, visited his sister, Mrs Joe Arnold, last Thursday night. Will Petty, of Upshaw, is sttending school at this place. A delightful singing was held at A C Rollins' home last Saturday evening in honor of Will Rollins and his beautiful bride. Mr Rollins and wife returned to Roswell on Sunday, where they will make their future home. Joe Arnold went to Brownsville one day last week. The weather has been so bad that there has been no Sabbath School here in quite a while. We hope the parents of this community will take an interest in this work and bring their children every Sunday. We think our school teacher is captivated by a pair of Brown-eyes, as he ahs called for the last three Sundays.
