From the Marietta Journal & Courier dated Friday, July 8 1910:

DUE WEST

Mr and Mrs Wallace HAMILTON and children spent Saturday night and Sunday with
their parents at Mount Olive.

Mr D W DICKSON is having to go on crutches on account of fever settling in his
legs.

A Sunday-school was organized here Sunday with C A HAMILTON superintendent and
John MATHIS assistant superintendent.

Mr and Mr Allen L BREWER and two children, Lawrence and Neil WILSON, of Austell
are spending a while with their parents, Mr and Mrs GRIGGS.

Mr ELLIS is in North Carolina drilling wells.

Mrs BEARDEN, an aged lady, is in feeble health.
