The Marietta Journal & Courier January 4, 1918
ESTES CROSSING

Mr A M ROBERTS of near Marietta spent Xmas with his daughter, Mrs C J ESTES, of
this place.

Miss Mary May SIMMERS (*) and brother, Ben Frank, of near Hiram, are spending
Xmas with their sister, Mrs W E CAMP, of this place.

Mr Grady ROBERTS spent Christmas with home folks.

Mr and Mrs Loumas HARDY of Austell visited Mr HARDY's mother, Mrs D M HARDY, of
this place Tuesday.

Mr and Mrs Cecil BUCK and Miss Mabel GOINS of Fortson, Ga., visited Mr and Mrs
Tom HARDY Tuesday.

Mr John SUMMERS, one of our Georgia boys, who belongs to the navy, visited his
sister, Mrs W E CAMP, of this place Sunday.

MARRIED: Mr Clarence CAMP and Miss Grace HILL were happily married Saturday the
22nd by Esq H M HOPKINS.  The bride is one of our most beautiful young ladies. 
The groom is a prosperous young farmer.  We wish for them a long and happy life.

Wish a happy Xmas and a prosperous New Year to our new Editor and Mrs CARTER.
