Mr J E CROW, who has been ill for a year, is improving. Rev A J McCOY seems to have formed a trust on weddings, as he has performed three ceremonies since Dec 23d and two were in the same family. Miss Fronie BARBER, who has been very sick, is much better. Mr and Mrs McWHORTER of Marietta will move on the farm recently occupied by Rev E F MERCER. Rev A J McCOY has been very ill with la grippe, but is getting along nicely now. Mr Bob LEGG has moved his sawmill home and will begin sawing this week. Clarence LEGG, who is at work in Atlanta, will be at home for awhile. The singing at Mr and Mrs JONES' Sunday night was enjoyed by those present. Mr and Mrs Frank SANDERS, who recently moved to Texas, write back that they like the country fine. The neighbors gathered in recently and quilted two quilts for Mrs D L MOON in one week. Mrs SIMS, who has been sick for two weeks, is much better. Although the roads are bad, the meeting at Maloney Springs church was tolerably well attended. The members will be glad for any and all who are interested in the church in any way to help them in repairing the church. - Josh File at: http://files.usgwarchives.net/ga/cobb/newspapers/fairview260nnw.txt This file has been created by a form at http://www.genrecords.net/gafiles/ File size: 1.8 Kb
