The Marietta Journal April 28, 1904
KENNESAW

Mr G R Graham and Miss Maud Story were married last Saturday by B H Carrie, Esq.
 Their many friends wish for them a long and happy life.  

Mr and Mrs Lem Whitfield of Atlanta are visiting relatives here.

Mr Nathan Durham and Miss Annie Brinkley of this place were married at Marietta
16th inst.  Their friends wish for them success and happiness.

Mr Glenn Giles of Athens visited his parents last week.

No more candidates soon.  Oh? how lonesome we will be.  Baseball next.

There will be a Sunday School rally at the Baptist Church May 8th.  A good
program has been arranged.  Several good speakers will attend.  Dinner will be
served on the ground.  Everybody invited.

Dr Lester and family left last Wednesday night for Honey Grove, Texas, their
future home.  The community loses a good citizen.  We with him success.

Mr W P Smithson was a business visitor to our town recently.
