Marietta Journal June 14, 1900
From the Marietta Journal dated Thursday, June 14 1900:

KENNESAW

DIED - June 7th, Roy Edward GAULT, aged 7 months and 17 days, son of Dr and Mrs
J T GAULT.  The funeral service was conducted by Rev A J MORGAN at the Baptist
church Friday morning.  Interment in cemetery here.

Mrs Charlie ROBERTS has returned from Vining after a visit to her daughter, Mrs
E D THOMAS.

Mrs J W BENNETT returned Wednesday from Rome where she has been visiting her
daughter, Mrs Jack WILIAMS.

Rev A J MORGAN filled his regular appointment at the Baptist church Saturday and
Sunday.

Mrs Hamp CASON of Atlanta is visiting relatives here.

G C ROBERT and family of Atlanta are spending the summer at their farm here.

Miss Marion STEPHENS of Smyrna is visiting her sister, Mrs J T GAULT.

Little Miss Vivian HILDERBRAND of Atlanta spent last week with her grandmother,
Mrs S S WILLIAM.

Mrs ROBERTS has returned from a visit to her son in Chattanooga.

Mr BEATIE and family of Atlanta are at Mr BARBER's.

Lucian GREER of Atlanta visited home folks here Sunday.

KENNESAW

Mrs Roland WALLACE of Atlanta who is visiting her brother, J R DUKE, is very sick.

Miss Minnie McCLENDON has returned home after spending several weeks with her
father in Tallapoosa.

Miss Wissie McREA who has been very ill is better.

Mr Glen LEWIS spent Sunday with home folk near Lost Mountain.

Mr W T SILVERS has had a very bad attack of rheumatism, but is some better.
