At the evening entertainment each pupil displayed credit to themselves. The program consisted of songs, recitations and dialogues. A large crowd was present to witness the closing exercises of one of the most successful school terms ever taught in Kennesaw, which reflects great credit on the teachers and pupils. Commissioner MERRITT stated that the school had the largest attendance of any in Georgia. I would be glad to give the names of those receiving honors and prizes, but having asked for a list and not being furnished with them is the reason why they do not appear in my items.
