From the Marietta Journal dated Thursday, July 9 1908:

KENNESAW

Mrs Hanon GOODSON and children of Marietta are visiting her parents, Mr and J F
BRINKLEY (sic).

Miss Hettie McCLESKEY and brother are visiting at Blackwell.

Miss Ella ROBERTSON, who has been visiting Miss Grady CONNER, has returned to
Woodstock.

Mr Allen HILLEY who has rheumatism has gone to Hot Springs, Ark.

Miss Ruth WHITWORTH of Altoona spent last week with her sister, Mrs GAULT.

Miss CARTER of Cartersville spent last week with Mrs John SKELTON.

Miss Lucy WILLIAMS of Roswell was a recent visitor of Miss Sallie GILES.

Mrs Jack WILSON visited relatives in Smyrna last week.

Mr and Mrs A A EIDSON who have been visiting her from Etowah, Tenn., have moved
to Marietta.

Miss Lee GAULT and brothers, Edward and R. V., have been recent visitors of
their grandparents, Mr and Mrs WHITWORTH, at Alatoona.

Mrs W P HILDERBRAND and daughter, Miss Vivian, have returned to their home at
Cedartown.

Miss Lois BRINKLEY visited in Marietta last week.

Mr and Mrs S J CASON and children visited in Atlanta.

Miss Lois HILL visited in Acworth last week.
