The funeral was by the Rev S H DIMOND, at the Methodist Church, Saturday morning, after which the remains were interred in the cemetery here. Mrs GUESS was a remarkably good woman, devoted to her home, her husband and two sons, Charlie and John and her sister, Miss Annie BENNETT, who made her home with her. Mr H ? BENNETT of Atlanta and Mr Jack BENNETT of Oklahoma are her brothers. The pall-bearers were six employees of the railroad, on which Mr GUESS was employed, Messrs George and John SKELTON, A L HILDERBRAND, Calvin BLYE, Louie PAYNE, and Mr RAGAN. We sympathize with the bereaved family and can say no more appropriate word or remark than did Brother DIMOND, at the funeral. Mr and Mrs Ed SKELTON of Atlanta is here visiting at Mr E G HILL's and Mr J A SKELTON. Mrs C E BALDWIN of Atlanta is here visiting at Mr E G HILL's and J A SKELTON's. Mrs C S BALDWIN of Atlanta has rented rooms of Mr George SKELTON and is here for a month. Miss Mary Lou HUGHES and Miss Dorothy SKELTON spent the week-end with Mrs J S ARRINGTON in Smyrna.
