From the Marietta Journal dated Thursday, July 9 1908:

LOST MOUNTAIN

Born to Mr and Mrs Will TERRY on the 2d instant, a fine girl.

Mrs Ada BULLARD of Birmingham, Ala., is visiting her father and mother, Mr and
Mrs T J WARD.

Rev E D PATTON met his new congregation here Sunday and delivered a very able
sermon.

Mrs Lena HAMILTON and children of Thomasville are here to spend some time.

Miss Hattie FITTEN, Mrs Fannie GREEN and L C MAYES of Cartersville spent Sunday
here.

Robert L WATSON had his arm hurt in a ball game last week.

Mrs Sue WIKLE of Atlanta and Mrs WRIGHT of Alabama are visiting the family of R
HARPER.

School will re-open here next Monday.  Professor RUTLAND has returned after
several weeks visit to his home.

Miss PAGE of Thomasville is visiting her aunt, Mrs Lizzie KEHELY.
