We hope she will soon be well. Mr Virgil ROBINSON, who has been in a sanitarium near Smyrna for about three weeks, is staying a while with his sister, Mrs T B GUFFIN. There will be preaching at the Baptist church next Sunday at 2 pm. Miss Luna SCOTT at Atlanta spend Sunday with homefolks. On last Tuesday night, February 25, Mr Lynn MAYES and Miss Ada KENNEDY were married in Atlanta. The groom is the son of Mr and Mrs A N MAYES of this place and was one of our most prominent young men. He enlisted in the service of our country more than a year ago, and has just been honorably discharged. We wish them much happiness through life. They will make their home in Atlanta. Mrs J C PICKENS celebrated her 72nd birthday last Friday, February 28th. Her children coming from a distance were: Mr and Mrs Luscius PICKENS of Atlanta and Mr and Mrs Andrew McCLURE of Kennesaw.
