LOST MOUNTAIN

Mr and Mrs F G WARDLAW had as their guests Sunday, Mr O M ORR and family of Mars
Hill, Mr and Mrs JESSE WARREN of Atlanta, and Mr and Mrs W A PERKINS of Smyrna.

Messrs Guy and Garnett MAYES and Henry SCOTT, of Atlanta, spent the week-end
with their home folks.

There will not be any preaching service at Midway next Sunday.  Sunday school at
9:30 am and prayer meeting at 7:30 pm.

Several from here attended the singing at County Line last Sunday, and some from
here went to the A & M school Sunday afternoon to hear the commencement sermon.

Misses Sallie PICKENS, Josie Lou GUFFIN and Pauline DUNTON, of this place, will
graduate at the A & M school Tuesday night.

Miss Clara HICKS of Marietta was the week-end guest of her sister, Mrs J S PICKENS.

Farmers are busy here chopping cotton and cutting wheat and oats.
