The Atlanta Constitution September 5, 1915
The carnival, under the auspices of the Civic league, will be held in Marietta 
on September 24.  All automobile owners are invited to enter their cars in the 
big parade.  An entrance fee of $1 will be charged.  Beautiful prizes will be 
offered for the most artistically decorated cars.  Other attractions of the 
carnival will be the baby show and coronation of the queen.  Address the 
president of the Marietta Civic leage, Mrs. J. M. Opaham.
