MARIETTA CAMP GROUND

Rev H M STROZIER was called off before the close of the camp meeting to his sick
child in Green County, Ga.  He arrived there in time to see his dear little one
pass to the realms of the blessed.  Our sympathies are with the bereaved family.

Miss BOWEN, of Austell, is visiting her sister, Mrs N E WYATT.

Our old friends, R W McCOWN and Mr BUICE, of Atlanta, were up during camp
meeting shaking hands with relatives and friends.

Master Carl and Ed WYATT after a visit of a week to their grandfather's, Capt A
WYATT, have gone on a visit to their grandfather, Mr HARRIS, of Cherokee county.

Capt A WYATT and Miss Lilly are on a visit to Mr HEARD's of Banks county.

Wm NICHOLS, of Jacksonville, Fla., who has been on a visit of two weeks to his
mother-in-law's, Mrs FRIDELL, to recruit his health, returned home last Friday.

There was another runaway marriage in this community last Thursday.  Mr John
SCROGGINS and Miss HOLCOLM were the contracting parties.

Mr Leppard FREY's two oldest sons have returned to their home in Kentucky.

Mrs KIMBERLEY and son, of Powder Springs, are visiting Mr Sim FREY's family.

Miss Victoria GRIGGS went home on a visit to her parents at Upshaw last Saturday.

Mr A A GRIGGS and daughter, Miss Nannie, visited Mr B A OSBORN's family Sunday.
