Marietta Journal & Courier April 29, 1910
From the Marietta Journal & Courier dated Friday, April 29 1910:

MILFORD

Our hearts were saddened Friday afternoon at the death of our beloved friend,
Mrs T J PAIR.  "Aunt Joyce," as all called her, was a christian and had been a
consistent member of the church for fifty years, where her sweet face will be
missed, but she has gone to that home where no sorrow ever comes.

Misses Eva and Anna ANDERSON and Miss Eula HARRIS spent Sunday afternoon with Mr
and Mrs Bub HARRIS.

Mr and Mrs Hopkins REED spent Sunday afternoon with Mr and Mrs S L WISE.

The barbecue given by Mr J Gid MORRIS at Olive Springs last Saturday night was
enjoyed by a large crowd.

We were sorry to see the snow that came Sunday night.  We are afraid that Miss
Elberta was not sufficiently dressed.  She looked very gay in her white coat and
we hope she is not badly damaged.  

The census taker came around one day last week with some of his questions. 
Watch out and be ready to answer them.
