Most all cotton has been sold for 10 cents or better. The literary school at this place is in a flourishing condition under the management of Miss Floy Norris of Toccoa, Ga. There are few teachers better equipped than is Miss Norris. We congratulate our principal, Prof E J Jamison, on securing such an able teacher to fill his place while off at college. Mr L M Power says he is about done ginning and is 100 or more bales short of last year's crop. Mr G L Pittman and family left Nov. 29th for their new home in Madison county, Georgia. We regret to lose these estimable people. Mr P A Reed will sell his property here and move to Atlanta now in a few days. Mr J S Pitts, who works at Morgan Falls, while attempting to put on a governor belt, got caught in the machinery and bruised up considerably about the face and head. Dr J W Puckett of Dunwoody gave the needed attention. We hope to see Jim out again soon. - U.
