The bride is one of our attractive and popular young girls and the daughter of Mr and Mrs E M GILHAM. The groom is the youngest son of Mrs Macy CHALKER and a young man of unusual merits and for two years has been superintendent of Shiloh Sunday school. Those attending the wedding were: Messrs George, Grady and Andrew CHALKER, and J R GRIGGS Jr, Misses Elaine GRESHAM, Lucile, Annie Lou, and Ruby CHALKER. The young couple have many friends and relatives that wish them a long, happy and prosperous journey through life. Mr Herbert CHALKER has a discharge from the army and to the delight of his many friends, has come home to stay. Mr John BRIMER has purchased the George GENTRY farm near Shiloh church and has moved to his new home. We welcome Mr BRIMER and family to our community. Mr Hobson CHALKER, who is a motorman for the Georgia Railway Co., in Atlanta, spent Sunday with his parents, Mr and Mrs C P CHALKER. Mr Charlie RUTHERFORD and family have the flu. Mr William GRESHAM has moved to our community. We are glad to have Mr GRESHAM and family with us.
