The head board of each is inscribed with the name, company, and regiment as follows: W. E. Dismuke - Co. G., 45th Alabama Regiment R. P. Dement - Co. B., 16th Alabama Regiment S. Winslett - Co. D., 45th Alabama Regiment Henry Avery - Co. F., 16th Alabama Regiment R. Miller - Co. G., 33rd Alabama Regiment Lt. G. W. Clark - Co. F., 45th Mississippi Regiment William Phillips - Co. B., 32nd Mississippi Regiment W. F. May - Co. D., 45th Mississippi Regiment F. Murphy - (blank) The graves being in an unfrequented woods, it is thought have escaped the notice of the Memorial Society.
