Died, on Friday morning, the infant of Mr and Mrs Joe CLAYTON. The baby was only six weeks old. We extend to Mrs CLAYTON our sympathy. Mr CLAYTON is still in France. Mr and Mrs Sim ANDERSON entertained a number of young people on Saturday night was a pound supper. Mrs E M VAUGHAN and children of Austell visited her mother, Mrs Emma CLAY, Saturday night and Sunday. The many friends of Mrs Cliff WARREN will be glad to see her out again since being confined to her room for more than six weeks. Mr Olen TINSLEY's new dwelling is nearing completion. Mr TINSLEY will have a beautiful home, and we are glad indeed, to have this family in our community. Merrs Chester PAIR and Earle CLAY of Atlanta spent Sunday with homefolks. Mr Guss N VAUGHAN has received his discharge from the army, and is with his father and mother here for a while. Guss is looking well. You would think from his appearance that there was nothing disagreeable in army life. Mrs D T ALEXANDER has returned home after a pleasant visit to relatives in Philadelphia. Miss Bettie PAIR was a recent visitor to her cousin, Mrs John DODGEN, near Center Hill. Mr and Mrs George GUINN and little daughter, Martha Sue, visited Mr and Mrs Frank GUINN of Marietta recently.
