SMYRNA

Mrs B B WADKINS and two sons of Atlanta are visiting friends in Smyrna.

Mrs BAILEY will give up the McGriff house this week and Dr HENDRICKS, the new
owner of the property, will at once begin to turn the place into a Sanitarium.

Miss Hattie MIZELL, a charming young lady, who has been visiting the Misses
WHITFIELD, has returned home.

Rev Mr ANDERSON filled his regular appointment at the Presbyterian church last
Sunday and began a series of meetings which is growing in interest and bids fair
to be most successful.

Mrs John MEADOWS and children of Buckhead are visiting her sister, Mrs John PACE.

It is rumored that Mr John BRYANT has sold his home in Smyrna and will move to
Atlanta in the next week or so. 

Mr Noah STEWART is wearing a broad smile this week, all because of the arrival
of a handsome baby girl at his home.

Miss Mary FLEMING is quite sick at this writing.

Uncle T F JEFFRIES is more able to be out, and is now at Mr J M MOORE's, Bolton,
Ga.
