Rev Mr RUSK has rented the HAMBY place on Terrell avenue and will cast his lot with Smyrna. Dr J A NELMS has sold his residence to Mr Burk MAGBY. The consideration is said to be twelve hundred and fifty dollars. Rev Mr MORGAN conducted services at the Baptist church last Sunday morning and night. The many friends of Mr Sam IRELAN will be glad to learn that he is slowly improving from his spell of rheumatism. Mr Addison GASTON visited friends and relatives here Sunday. Mr Luck HILL, a popular conductor on the river car line, visited mother and sisters here last Thursday. Mr Bill BICKERS is confined to his bed with carbuncles on his neck and limbs. Mr Ben HAYS of Pendergrass, Ga., spent several days with friends at this place last week.
