Mrs CROSBY was a native of New York state, but for a number of years she had lived in Atlanta, and later in Smyrna. She had been an invalid for several years, being stricken with paralysis. During this time she had been a most patient sufferer. She is survived by her husband, Mr A M CROSBY, a daughter, Mrs F C CRAWFORD, and a granddaughter, Miss Pauline CRAWFORD, one sister, Mrs W M MURFIN of Minneapolis, Minn., a brother Chas IRELAND of Appleton, Minn., and several nieces and nephews. The services were conducted by Rev V L BRAY at the residence and interment took place at the city cemetery. Mrs W A QUARLES and little son, Billy, of Anniston, Ala., are the guests of Mrs John POLLOCK. Misses Mary and Harriett BROWN of Atlanta spent the past week-end with Miss Annie EIDSON. A division meeting of the Cobb County Sunday School Association will be held at the Methodist church on next afternoon at 2:30 o'clock. Miss Jessie BROWN spent the week-end in Atlanta as the guest of Miss Lula McREE. Rev Marvin WILLIAMS will lecture on next Tuesday evening at the Methodist church. The proceeds of the lecture will be donated to the new church fund. Rev WILLIAMS has a wide reputation as a lecturer. It is urged that everyone who can avail themselves of the opportunity to hear him. Mr Reuben RAY spent the past week-end in Atlanta with his grandmother, Mrs D J RAY. Mr and Mrs J W FULLER, Mrs DICK, Messrs Joe and Henry KONIGSMARK and Mr J U MAGILL attend special services for the Knights Templars at the First Baptist church in Marietta last Sunday. Dr WHITE, the pastor, delivered a most interesting and inspiring sermon. Messrs KONIGSMARK and MAGILL and Mrs DICK assisted the orchestra with the music.
