Greenville SC Newspaper - 1907
DEATH OF FINCH BLACK

Mr. Finch Black, a former resident of Greenville, died yesterday in 

Marietta, Ga., where he had been working.  Acute indigestion was the 

cause of his death.  The remains were brought to this city last night by

Mr. H. B. Ingram, register of mesne conveyance and Mr. Sloan Black, a brother 
of the deceased.

The funeral services will be held at Mountain Creek Baptist Church 

tomorrow morning at eleven o'clock.  The Odd Fellows will have charge of the 
burial.

Mr. Black is survived by a wife and two children and leaves many friends to 
mourn his death.
