The Marietta Journal & Courier  October 23, 1914
Mrs Elizabeth CHALKER, wife of J H CHALKER, died Friday afternoon after a long
illness, aged 41 years and 11 months.  She had been married twenty five years
and beside her husband, leaves three children, Isaac, Orlando and Pearl.  She
was a member of the Shady Grove Baptist Church and was greatly loved by many
friends.

The funeral was conducted by Rev G S BOND Sunday at 10 o'clock at the residence
at Elizabeth and the interment was in the city cemetery.
