The Marietta Journal  December 26, 1919
Pearl CRUSE, 8 years old, the little daughter of Mr and Mrs John CRUSE, of
Johnson's Ferry Road, died at a private sanitorium here on December 19.  The
funeral services were held from Mount Bethel church on December 20, the Rev Mr
DONEHOO of Roswell, officiating, and the interment was in Mount Bethel cemetery.

This little girl was frightfully burned while playing before an open grate with
her sisters and brothers, and died after two weeks of suffering.
