MR OSCAR DOBBS PASSES AWAY

Funeral at the Baptist Church, Wednesday, at 3 O'clock

After a lingering illness, Mr W O DOBBS died at his home in Marietta on Tuesday
afternoon at 5 o'clock, aged 38 years.  He was a member of the Baptist church
and was an upright and worthy citizen, highly respected.  He leaves a wife and
three sons, a mother, Mrs Mary J DOBBS; one brother, Mr James E DOBBS of
Marietta, and three sisters, Mrs H I SEALS of Alpharetta; Mrs W A TEASLEY of
Canton, and Mrs T W SCOTT of Toccoa, Ga.  His funeral will be held at the
Baptist Church on Wednesday afternoon at 3 o'clock, October 26th, and will be
conducted by Rev C E W DOBBS.  The deceased was a member of Cherokee Lodge, No.
8, IOOF, and will be buried with the honors of that order in city cemetery.  Our
sympathy is extended to the bereaved family.
