R. D. DAVENPORT (died Tuesday, Dec. 10, 1974 in the A.M.)
     Ray D. Davenport, age 38, Rt. 4, Canton, died Tuesday.
     Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Thursday at Grace Baptist Church, 
Canton, with Dr. Marvin Frady officiating. Burial will be in Holly Springs 
Cemetery.
     Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Glenda Davenport, and two sons, Michael 
and Garry Davenport, all of Canton; parents, Mr. and Mrs Henry Davenport, 
Marietta; sister, Mrs. helen Scholes, Kennesaw, brother, Earl Davenport, Roy, 
Utah.
     Sosebee Funeral Home, Canton, in charge of arrangements. ( I believe the 
Henry Davenport is wrong and should have been Herman Davenport)
