DEATH OF MRS TOM FLORENCE

After a lingering illness, Mrs Bobby FLORENCE, wife of Mr T W FLORENCE, died at
the family residence in this city on Friday night about nine o'clock.  She was
about 36 years, and was the daughter of the late John M BROADWELL.  She was a
most estimable woman, a loving wife and mother.  She was a member of the
Presbyterian Church and lived a consecrated Christian life.  Her death is a sad
one.  She leaves a husband and one daughter, to whom we tender our sympathy.

The funeral was conducted by Rev J H PATTON Saturday afternoon.

Interment in city cemetery.
