The Marietta Journal and Courier
Miss Willie FOSTER died last Sunday morning at her home near Marietta after a
brief illness.  She was unconcious (sic) from Saturday morning until the end and
had her two sisters, Mrs CURRY and Mrs ARNOLD and her brother, Mr Charles FOSTER
at her bedside.

She had lived all her life in the same place and was beloved by every one who
knew her for her many noble qualities.

The funeral service was by her pastor, Dr J H PATTON and the Presbyterian choir
sang "Asleep in Jesus" and "I would not live Always."  The interment was in the
city cemetery and the pall bearers were her nephews, Carl and Willie FOSTER, Ed
DAVIS, Colin CURRY, Willard WADSWORTH and Grady WILLIAMS.
