The body was brought to Marietta on Tuesday and the funeral was held from New Hope Church on Wednesday morning. Presiding Elder J C ERWIN conducted the services, assisted by Dr W T HAMBY of the Marietta Methodist church and Mr Shell PASTON of the Church at New Hope. The music was furnished by Misses Myrtle DODD, Clara GILBERT, Ruth ERWIN, with Miss Ruth STEPHENS at the organ. The interment was in the New Hope cemetery, the pall-bearers being, Messrs Clarence MOORE, Oscar SAUIS, Andrew BENSON, and Roy, Harold, Esmer, Clifton, and Cecil BULLARD. Mr FREY is survived by his wife, who was Miss Nell BENTLEY, of New Hope; a baby daughter and son; his mother, Mrs Elizabeth FREY; three sisters, Mrs Arthur MOORE of Waycross, Mrs Mayo GANTT of Nelson, and Mrs Paul LYLE of Birmingham, Ala., and two brothers, Mayes and Marvin FREY of Marietta, besides a number of other relatives who mourn the cutting off in his prime of this promising young man. Moultrie FREY joined the Methodist Church in Marietta when but a small boy, and has ever been a devoted Church member, and a consistent Christian. He had a sunny, affectionate nature, and numbered his friends by his acquaintances. About a year ago he moved his little family to Montezuma, where he had a good position with the Standard Oil Company. There he took a prominent part in Sunday School work, as he always had here; and was highly thought of in the town. The sympathy of all goes out to the bereaved family especially to the young wife and little children.
