When the train left Ellijay he was on top of a box car. After the train had run about three miles he was missed. The train was stopped and went back and Mr GUNTER was found on the track terribly mangled. It is supposed in passing from the top of one car to another, he fell between two cars, when the ponderous wheels passed over him, crushing the life out of him. His remains were brought to Marietta. He has a wife and two children living at Mr Barnes' Knitting Factory.
