Deaths and Funerals

Mrs. E.P. Holmes Buried at Jacksonville

The friends of Mrs. E.P. Holmes, of Jacksonville, Fla., will regret to learn of 
her sudden death which occurred in Asheville on Saturday. Mrs. Holmes, who was 
the aunt of the late Mrs. Edgar Nichols,  Jr., had spent many summers here with 
Mrs. Edgar Nichols, Sr., and had made a number of friends. The funeral was held 
in Jacksonville on Tuesday. Mr. Edgar Nichols went down to attend the service.
