He had not been in robust health for several years, and the immediate cause of his death was uremic poisoning. He was a brother of Dr W M Kemp of Marietta, whose many friends deeply sympathize with him in his bereavement. Mr Kemp would have been forty-one years of age the 23d of this month. He was not married, and made his home with his two sisters, who survive him. He was a member of the Presbyterian church, a good citizen, and had many devoted friends. The funeral was conducted at Midway church by Rev Ezra Patton of Acworth, assisted by Rev Mr Ware, the Methodist minister of Powder Springs.
