J U KITCHEN CLAIMED BY DEATH

J U KITCHEN, age 69, died at the residence of his daughter, Mrs Stuart MILAM at
223 Church, Street, Wednesday, December 10th, after an illness of several months.

In the death of Mr KITCHEN, Acworth loses one of its most influential citizens,
his church, one of its most active members and deacons, and his family, a
devoted husband and father.  Besides his immediate family his death is mourned
by a wide circle of friends.

He is survived by his wife and six children: Mrs W T WHITTAKER of Portsmouth,
Virginia, Mrs M R GATLIN of Marietta, C A KITCHEN of College Park, Mrs Stuart
MILAM of Marietta, H P KITCHEN of Chatsworth and Mrs R L BRAND of Atlanta.

Interment took place Thursday in the Liberty Hill cemetery at Acworth, Dr
DONNEHOO, assisted by Rev Jeff MORGAN and Rev J G DAVIS officiating.
