Mrs. J. M. Latimer Dies In Cobb County
She Was Member of Influential Family and Leaves Husband and Three Children

(Special Dispatch to The Journal)
MARIETTA, Ga., Feb. 11-Mrs. J. M. Latimer, wife of J. M. Latimer, residing about 
three miles north of Marietta, died at her home on yesterday afternoon, after a 
long illness. Her death was not altogether a surprise to her family and friends, 
but nevertheless, was a great shock to them.
She was a member of one of the most influential families in the county, and 
through her long and useful life had many many stauch (sic) and admiring 
friends.
She is survived by her husband, M. J. (sic) Latimer, and three children, Will 
Latimer, Dave Latimer, Woodstock, Ga., and Miss Sallie Latimer.
Her funeral was conducted this afternoon.
