RETIREE Clarence F. Maddox. 59, of Marietta died Sunday, Services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at Greers Chapel Baptist Church with the Revs. Roy England and Johnny Foster officiating. Burial will be in Kennesaw Memorial Park. The body will be at the church at 1 p.m. An Acworth native, Mr. Maddox is a lifelong resident of the Marietta area. He was an ordained minister and teacher of the Fellowship Sunday School class at Greers Chapel Baptist Church. He was a financial analyst for the Shell Oil Co. for 31 years before retiring. He is survived by his wife, Alline Maddox of Marietta; two daughters, Donna Watson of Acworth and Dawn Rucker of Charlestown, S.C.; one son, Douglas Maddox of Holly Springs; his mother, Corrie H. Maddox of Acworth; one sister, Myra Priest of Mableton; one brother, Marvin D. Maddox of Acworth; two grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
