Marietta Journal, March 1 1906
DIED - Mrs Caroline RAGSDALE died about 4 o'clock last Wednesday at the home of
her daughter, Mrs Ike SCOTT, after a two weeks illness of Pneumonia.  She was 87
years old and had been married 69 years.  She leaves an aged husband and several
children, besides a host of friends to mourn her loss.  She has been a
consistent member of the Baptist church for many years.  Her remains were laid
to rest in the city cemetery Thursday afternoon.  The bereaved have our sympathy.
